Fitting a C-Cap immediately solves these problems, potentially saving hundreds of pounds. Fitting takes seconds and can readily be carried out by your local chimney sweep or other contractor, with the necessary competence and equipment for roof access.
Designed to fit a standard round pot, the C-Cap provides 100% protection, while also allowing essential trickle ventilation of the flue and helping to minimise heat loss.
Available in two sizes, the smaller of which includes an optional insect screen for added protection from ingress by swarming bees, C-Caps are injection-moulded from tough, UV resistant, thermoplastic and provide a robust, long-lasting, solution to the problem, at an affordable price.
Held securely in place on the pot by galvanised steel spring wires, they take just seconds to fit and are aesthetically complimentary to the traditional appearance of the chimney.

Good item. Easy to fit
These chimney caps do the job well and are easy to fit. My reason for not giving them 5 stars is that I think they are pricey for what they are.

Top quality chimney caps
Very well made and easy to fit. We have 3 octagon shared pots which were approx 300mm diameter. We went for the 350mm caps to make sure they fitted correctly. As we already had scaffolding up (since I rebuilt part of the chimney with a builder friend), it was simple to fit these caps. They will certainly provide good protection and keep the chimney in good condition for years to come. Definitely recommended!

Chimney Cap
Excellent product and so easy to fit I wrapped some tape around spring arms to hold them in making it really simple to install. Done in 5 minutes
