Flueboost Ltd

The Flueboost fan was developed and built in the 1970's by the late Simon Cartwright, its job was to overcome problematic flue installations due to various problems including, restricted duct diameter, down draught, horizontal flue route, complicated or long flue route and windy locations. He had worked for the family heating business, R&S Cartwrights, to size and install large boiler systems banks, offices and warehouses in and around central Manchester in the late 1960s and early 1970s. He saw the potential of the Flueboost product range and established Flueboost as a separate company which began to operate alongside R&S Cartwrights until it expanded to its current premises in Knutsford, Cheshire.
