Twin Wall Flue

Twin Wall Flue

Twin wall flues are specialised insulated chimney systems designed for use with open or closed solid fuel stoves, including condensing and oil fired appliances. They can withstand continuous operating temperatures of up to 450°C and are perfect for heating appliances such as wood-burning stoves, gas coal effect fires, and oil boilers. These flues are ideal for new build projects and renovations as they are a simple, cost-effective solution for those without a brick chimney stack or an existing chimney stack, allowing for the installation of a stove in almost any room. Take a look at our article on fitting a twin wall system. We offer a wide range of chimney flue supplies, including chimney cowls, chimney liner, and flexible flue liner, to ensure your system is complete.

Nationwide Chimney Components only supplies premium, high-quality twin wall flue systems and twin wall flue pipes, including stove pipe, to meet your heating needs. The external diameter of double-walled flues is 60 mm more than the inside diameter. So, a 150 mm pipe has an outer diameter of 210 mm. Our twin wall flues can pass through floors, roofs, or walls, depending on your required flue route. We stock the Schiedel flue system and are one of the UK’s leading providers of flue supplies and flue liners, including chimney cowls, chimney liner, and flexible flue liner. We also offer a comprehensive range of flue installation materials, ensuring compatibility with multi fuel stoves and ease of installation for both existing chimney and new constructions without an existing chimney stack.
