Description

Seldek Aluminium EPDM Black roof flashing Installs in a flash on tile or slate roofs and won't stain or corrode roofs and gutters. The EPDM cone, which is trimmed on-site to fit, is locked to a high grade and malleable 99.9% pure aluminium base. Its a very economical way to flash a tile roof. The Seldek aluminium is a perfect roof flashing for twin wall flues. The base of the flashing is malleable and very easy to work and mould into the roof contours. Because its made of aluminium, and not lead, this flashing will not stain or corrode the roof, and is very safe to work with. An EPDM collar seals easily around the flue pipe, making a simple watertight connection with no need for a storm collar. The flashing is covered by a 20-year warranty.
