JUNIOR BIRD GUARD STAINLESS STEEL
Following an invasion of jackdaws via the chimney, I ordered this via the website, which was an easy process. item was delivered within 48 hours, was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Would be happy to use this company again.

Good quality and price
I bought this for my father who has just installed a multi fuel burner in his bungalow. He said he's really pleased with the quality of it. He bought an aluminium one previously and it perished due to burning smokeless. Hopefully the stainless will be more resistant.

It does the job
This cowl is exactly as described and as the photo show. It's lightweight and the bend-down tabs are pretty thin & flimsy, and are simply spot-welded to the top cover. I appreciate you don't want a lot of weight on your chimney pot, and it is easy to manoeuvre & fit them in place, but it's not a step-up from the build quality of the very basic non-stainless steel versions. Time will tell if it lasts any longer than my old ones, but at least it shouldn't rust!

Good product. Seems more solid than previous cowls I have had. Very easy to fix. Very fast delivery. Recommended.

The cowl was easy to secure to the pot and the entire job was finished within 5 minutes.
The stainless steel appears to be as described and only time will tell on its quality. I'll just paint it if it isplays rusting or re-fit new.
